I design the engagement processes that bring people into planning β translating initiatives into accessible digital experiences using platforms like Bang the Table, and making sure the online work connects meaningfully to what's happening in person.
That work has taken me across the country: cultural master plans in Colorado Springs and Lakewood, housing policy updates in California, growth planning in Missoula. For eight years I served as Denver's Regional Contact for the Burning Man Project β stewarding a creative community of thousands and connecting local makers to a global network.
Most recently I've brought this approach to the tech sector, building Elicit's conference program as a strategic tool for community positioning β creating the conditions for researchers and decision-makers to gather, think, and recognize Elicit as a trusted partner in high-stakes work.
The throughline across all of it: I make it possible for people to feel they belong to something larger than themselves.
